Lachs mit Brokoli~ Salmon in puff pastry with a broccoli farce and creamy watercress sauce, served with rice and vegetables

Schweinebraten mit Aprikosen Senf Sosse ~ Roasted pork loin with a dried apricot-brandy-whole grain mustard sauce, served with scalloped potatoes and red cabbage

Lobster Thermador ~ Lobster and crab meat baked with shallots, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and cream, served with rice and vegetables

Prime Rib au Jus~ Prime rib of beef, served with scalloped potatoes and vegetables

Gemuse Linguini~ Fresh vegetables in an herbed, caper cream sauce, over linguini

For Dessert ~ Chocolate Yule Log or Gingerbread with Custard

Children may order off the regular children's menu!
